POLICIES

Before booking your appointment I recommend all potential clients to review this policy. When you book your appointment it is assumed that you understand and agree to these terms. 

 

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Bookings:
Once a deposit/payment is made, your date is secured. If there are any changes to the date, time, location, or services, please communicate these changes in advance. Adjustments may affect the timing and pricing of your appointment.

Groups/Parties:
For larger groups or parties, appointment times will be assigned to each person. If a client arrives late, they will be moved to the last available slot. If a client fails to show up for their scheduled time, they will not receive services on that date, and the person who made the initial booking will be fully responsible for the payment. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments. For bridal parties, no additional services will be performed after the bride’s service is complete, unless the bride provides consent.

Consultations:
Consultations are available for all potential clients but are not the same as trials. Trials are exclusively for brides and are separate services, which include travel fees and charges. Consultations can be conducted virtually, by phone, or in person; however, an in-person meeting is not required for every consultation.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee:
The makeup will be completed to the client’s satisfaction. Once the makeup application is accepted, it confirms that the client is satisfied with the results. If any adjustments are needed, the client must notify the artist during the appointment. Please note, there are no refunds after the makeup look is approved or once the artist has departed from the location.

Travel Fees:
Travel fees are based on mileage. For out-of-state bookings, please email with as much detail as possible so the best pricing option can be arranged. Once your appointment is booked, the artist will contact you for further details, and travel fees will be added to your service.

Liability:
All tools, brushes, and makeup products are disinfected and sanitized prior to each event and between applications. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic to the best of my professional knowledge. Clients must disclose any allergies or skin conditions before the service. If necessary, a sample test may be performed on the skin. The client agrees to release the artist, Tiara Parker, from liability for any skin complications or reactions resulting from the products or tools used.

Event Cancellations:
Deposits are non-refundable for all events, including weddings, birthday parties, classes, and group bookings. In the event of a cancellation, a credit will be issued, and you may reschedule your appointment without paying additional fees, except for any remaining balance. Refunds will not be issued due to acts of God (e.g., storms, fires, etc.).

Safety Regulations:
For the safety and comfort of both the artist and client, we kindly ask that no additional guests attend your appointment unless previously discussed with the artist. If your appointment is taking place in your home or hotel, please ensure that a clean and sanitized area is provided for the artist to set up and perform services. For everyone’s safety, we also request that firearms, weapons, and any free-roaming pets be safely secured away from the artist’s work area prior to the artist’s arrival. While I respect your right to protect your home and understand your love for animals, these precautions are necessary to create a safe, efficient, and comfortable space for all involved. If these conditions cannot be met, we may need to reschedule your appointment or relocate the session to another location to fulfill current appointment. If an agreement cannot be reached, your appointment may be canceled. Additionally, if you exhibit any signs of illness, including allergies, we may need to cancel the appointment for everyone’s safety.

Payment:
The final balance is due on the day of the event, before the artist departs, or the day prior—no exceptions. For larger groups (e.g., bridal parties, birthday parties, classes), a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The person responsible for the payment is the person whose name appears on the contract. Your card information will be kept on file until the service is completed unless you opt to leave it for future appointments.

Cancellation/No-Call No-Show Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 25% service fee, and no-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Important Information

By submitting a deposit or payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the full policy. You are fully responsible for the booked session, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
